We use Royal Mail Packetpost and Express Courier Guaranteed delivery services. It is one of our critical aims to deliver your goods as quickly as it is possible. We try to ship 'in stock' items within 1 day - 95% of orders are dispatched within this time. However, during busy periods - please allow 2-5 working days. In some instances we do rely on our suppliers for stock (this information is shown above in the ‘BUY’ grid. If their stock levels are incorrect, we may not be able to supply certain products. If this is the case you will be informed and offered a similar alternative or refund. Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package, and that the delivery address given contains all the relevant information needed to deliver the package - failure to provide the full delivery address may incur a delay. Delivery charges are calculated when you add items to your basket, and select the required deliver country.

We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund/exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or you simply don't like what you've ordered. There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc). Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
